Refund policy

• There are no exchanges, returns, or refunds once a purchase is made.

To ensure a dress will fit, please refer only to the measurements provided in each dress's description. We recommend comparing these measurements to those of a dress you already own and that fits you well💓

Do not rely solely on the size, as sizes vary from country to country.

• All items are vintage, preloved, and second-hand, so they will have minor signs of wear unless otherwise stated. 

Condition will be shown in photos and indicated in each dress's description.

 

Shipping policy

• Orders are processed within 5 days.
• All packages arrive at their destination, please once we ship your order, pay attention to your package tracking, email or messages. If the package is returned because there was no one to receive it at your home or pick it up at a nearby post office, the package will be returned and there will be no option for a claim or refund.
  

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

• You may have to pay import taxes to your country's customs  for your order to clear customs.

This is determined by your country's customs regulations. 

-To determine whether or not you'll be required to pay taxes or how much tax you'll have to pay,we suggest you search online for information on the official website of your country's customs.

-If your shipment is via DHL (DHL will act as an intermediary for the payment of these taxes and will contact you by email)

• We don't collect these taxes when making a purchase on our website.
• It's the customer's responsibility to pay these import duties taxes, as mentioned on this page. If payment is not made, the package will not clear customs, and there will be no option for a claim or refund.
