Shipping policy

Orders shipped by DHL arrive within 3 to 7 days.

-Orders are processed for shipping within 5 business days.

-Once your order is processed for shipping, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email  and the tracking number.

-All packages arrive at their destination, please once we ship your order, pay attention to your package tracking, email or messages. If the package is returned because there was no one to receive it at your home or pick it up at a nearby post office, the package will be returned and there will be no option for a claim or refund

-You may have to pay import taxes to your country's customs for your order to clear customs.

-We don't collect these taxes when making a purchase on our website.
